Self-Care Toolbox

Self-Care is the best new topic for so many of us. The conversation of wellness, self-care and mental health are very top of mind right now – which is amazing💕!! When I was discovering my own wellness in 2017 I explored so many self-care options. Over time I narrowed down what worked for me, and what did not. The end result was a toolbox of self-care tools that I could rely on at any time.

Toady I am going to outline some fabulous Self-Care tools that you may want to check out and see if they work for you.


Your Self-Care Road Trip

The road to get where you want to be in your life or your goals, or even starting down the road, is not always that easy ….we tend to lean on all road signs, gps updates and roadblocks. In most cases our roadblocks may seem endless and it prevents us from moving forward.  

Hills and Valley of Mental Health

This is where a Life or Business Coach because a great shotgun driver. Coaches can help identify the roadblocks that are holding you back from living your best life and come up with tools and strategies to overcome them. Each person is unique. Coaches help you understand differentiate between all the signage out there to ensure you are focus on the right messages.
