Questions to Jen

A few questions that may be floating through your head – at least these are some of the questions I had when I reached out to my Coach.

Question to Jen – Why hire a coach?

The most common question I get to me (Jen) – Why do I need to hire a Coach? And why you – Jen?

Well if you are ready to start the work – I am here to be a part of your team!  To hire a coach is to hire a team mate! A side kick. A mentor.

I can help you identify or hone in on your goals.  To provide or build strategies to help you move towards achieving them.

My job is also help you to stay accountable to your game plan.  No plan? No problem.  I will work with you to identify your Business (and Personal) plan, come up with your deliverables and motivate you to move forward.

This meeting has no associated costs – you need to get to know me, and I need to start getting to know you. Are we a good match?

Why Hire Me?

Why the hell not? Lol. I have over 20 years of corporate experience and training. I am also a certified Life Coach.

I specialize in kick starting business plans and upscaling individuals to their fullest potential.

I have formal education in Marketing, HR and Economics…but haven’t used the formal part of economics in over 20 years. I am an excel dork and I am super creative….and fun!!!

Oh and I like wine — do you?

What should I expect at our first meeting – Intro?

The call will be short or as long as we need it to be – typically under 1/2 hour. Not too awkward right?

Think of it is an awkward first date – – however I will take all the awkwardness on and make you feel as comfortable as possible. The call will be fun – trust me.

After our call you have a big decision to make – are you ready to get to work??!! I am – of course.

What should I expect at our first official meeting – First Coaching Session?

Depending on the goals or needs the first meeting is typically a continuation on getting to know one another.  It is kinda like an awkward first date – however as your coach I will continue to do my best to address any of your questions, expectations and setting up your plan for success.

Over the next couple of meetings we will identify roadblocks and concerns and come up with a plan to move through/past/over the roadblocks and support your success.

Coaching is Conversation with you being the expert in you.

Do we have to meet in person?

What ever works for you — works for me.  I support clients all over North America…and beyond.

Heads up: I also stay close with my clients through all forms of communication – text msg, email, FaceTime, and old-school phone calls.  Our partnership is not restricted to our one-on-one sessions.

What in the minimum duration for each session?

45 min to 1 Hour.  However, the support doesn’t stop after the meetings   I will continue to keep in contact via text to check in on milestones, or to share a article/blog/podcast for inspiration.  The odd call here and there too might be required — every situation is different and personalized for you.

How many sessions do I need?

I prefer for my clients to commit to a minimum of 90 days, preferred 6 months. You will be surprised how fast the time goes and we have a lot of ground to cover – and work to do.

What if we are not a good fit?

Fit is sooooo important!  Fit contributes so much to your success, and your coaches success in supporting you.

At any time if you feel that we are not working, or if I feel that our fit is no longer there we can have the conversation to talk next steps. No pressure. I would be happy to recommend other coaches to you that may better align with you and your needs.

My mission is for you to succeed.

Got any more questions for Jen – aka ME!? Let me know by dropping me an email.

Talk to you soon – I hope!
