What is Life Coaching?

Life Coaching is what you need it to be.  It is gaining a team mate, a mentor or a side-kick 🏋️‍♀️.  As your coach I will be there to help and motivate you to hold yourself accountable to you and to achieving your goals.

I work with clients to help identify the roadblocks that are preventing them from living their best life – or just moving forward in life.  Together we will explore different tools and strategies – and I may continue to work with you outside of our calls.

If you are looking for a career change or evaluation, understanding what work/life balance looks like for you, or wanting to learn more about your own true self, a Life or Business Coach can support you on this journey!

Each relationship with my clients is customized for them.  No client is the same in what they want to accomplish – nor should they be. This is all about you.

Coaching sessions take place where it works best for you in your life.  If you are located here in Winnipeg there is the option for us to meet in person – say Starbucks ;), or we can chat over the phone or via FaceTime, Skype, Zoom.

Included with your coaching will be ongoing communication via txt, or sharing apps/podcast that are relevant.  The coaching doesn’t stop at the end of a session – it is a relationship that will grow and develop organically.

I look forward to getting to know you – and for you to get to know me.

Have a Great Day!

Jen –
