- Head Space – How to meditate and mindfulness
- Breethe – Inhale Harmony
Task & To Do Lists
- WunderList – Set up To-Do lists or grocery lists – and much more!
- This is also great to track information between friends – planning a trip, or sharing costs.
Staying Active
- MapMyRun – Track your steps, your distance, or map your run/walk/bike ride. You can also set up the app to send you weekly updates on your progress.
- MyFitnessPal – Track you fitness and your food – all in one.
Calendar(s)
- ANY one that is on your phone. Set reminders for self-care, for a work out, for a journal entry, for starting your day. Sometimes we all need a little more schedule in our lives, and sometimes we don’t — everyone is different. If you are saying ‘you don’t have time’ – then it is probably time to start making time for YOU.
- Ledger / Diary / Daytimer — What ever works for you — if you like to put pen to paper – DO IT.
