Give yourself permission to be kind to yourself – to trust yourself, your intuition, and your body.
Giving yourself permission might mean swapping out a workout to have a warm Epsom salt bath and replenish your body. It might be to give yourself permission to be courageous and ask for the thing that you’ve been wanting for so long.
Whatever it is, tap into your truth, ask yourself what you really need, and honour it.
Be aware that your permission statement should not be an excuse. The permission you give to yourself should come from a spot of love, kindness and self-compassion in order to achieve your best self.
