Why do I need a life coach? Well first of all you found me here – and oddly enough I am a certified life coach! Hi 🖐 I’m Jen….Nice to meet you.

If you are looking into ‘if you need a life coach’ I am thinking there is something in your life you do need help or support with. I am also thinking you are done trying to do it all on your own – or just done with the advice you are getting from others?

Life Coaching

When it comes to Life Coaching there isn’t one plan or program that fits all. Life Coaching to me is listening, prioritizing, and coming up with a plan to support your goals and dreams.

Life coaching is NOT about your coach doing all the work – however I am sure there is a market for that. And it is definitely not about judgement, attitude, entitlement or fancy marketing’ish presentations (lol).

I digress. You are here to understand – why hire a Life Coach. As your Coach I am here to help you realign your plan(s) and give you the gentle (or pushy push) to get the work done. I am here to support you when you get the yucky uncomfortable feeling, or if you ‘just don’t want to do that’ thing. You are not alone. We work together!

To hire a Life or a Accountability Coach is to hire a team mate! A side kick. A mentor. A friend.

Goals & Dreams

No goal is too small or way too big. If you want to finally re-organize your house, or change careers, launch a new business, or just need a voice of reason. A certified life coach like ME can be your support.

I work with my clients to understand their priorities in both life and career, and then come up with an actionable plan…with a realistic and achievable milestones.

But really… Why Do I Need a Life Coach?

• You are done with putting off your plans for others.
• Your to do list is now a novel.
• You could be absolutely miserable at work….but haven’t had ‘time’ to do anything about it.
• Your. priorities are not your own.
• You want change, but not sure where to start.
• You are happy, but not fulfilled.
• You don’t know where to just ‘start’.
• You need a nonjudgmental shame-free non-asshole voice of reason.
• You don’t feel mentally strong enough to take on anymore.
• You want to return to work.
• and so much more….

There is more to the of Why….so I provided some of what I have already helped my clients manage through. Like I said earlier – there is no one problem that is the same, and so there shouldn’t be one plan that works for everyone. (This is why we have online courses….one plan that works for all…..literally)

Listen (well read this please) – you don’t need to hire a coach today or tomorrow, but I would encourage you to chat with me and maybe three other coaches. You need to find the right fit between you and your coach – if there is not fit the likelyhood of success is kinda low. I have encouraged all of my clients to ask around – and talk to other coaches. You will know when you know 😉.
