21 Day Journal Challenge

Happy Journaling –

Jen

Have you wanted to get into Journaling 📓 but wasn’t sure how to start?

Have you picked up a pen and didn’t know what to write?

Have you journaled in the past and would like to get back into it?

No time like the present to get started – or – Restarted!

I have designed 21-days of journaling inspirations to motivate you, inspire you and encourage you to put pen to paper.

21 days of journaling to focus on YOU.  Even if it is for five minutes of your day it is good enough.  You are worth five minutes – and so many more!

Come join our Journaling Community for the next 21 days and let’s to this together.

How it works:

We will start on October 31st – yes on Halloween 🎃!

Early in the morning on October 31st you will receive an email giving you your First Journal Assignment.   Every day after this you will continue to receive daily emails with new journal inspirations…..21 days in total (go figure – it is a 21 day challenge)

There are no rules of when or how to journal.  And no I won’t be checking if you did the work – what you write it for you and you only.  It is up to you to hold yourself accountable….but I am here if you do need a little nudge or extra guidance.

Next pick a time that works for YOU to focus on your journal.  Find a new or used notebook, paper, napkin, or scrap piece of mail…..it doesn’t need to be complicated.

For those that need a little more structure – I recommend buying a ✨ coiled bound, lined, notebook.  If you want to even more splurge – buy a ✨ new pen dedicated to your journaling.  As for time – I personally find the best time to journal is before you brush your teeth in the morning, or right after you brush your teeth at night.  Create a routine of brushing and journaling.

To Sum it Up – Keeping is Simple:

  1. Open and Read Email from Jen @ Blank Slate
  2. Open YOUR Journal and start writing (no time limits!)
  3. Take a deep breath and thank yourself for spending time on you.
  4. Repeat next day.
Okay so what’s the catch??

The catch is that I want YOU to keep at this.  I don’t want you to give up or forget or push it off – and one way to do this is to assign a ‘cost’ to the challenge #sorrynotsorry

My hope is that if you financially invest in this challenge then the likelihood of you mentally and physically investing goes up! Aka you ACTUALLY COMPLETE THE CHALLENGE.

21 days challenge for $21 (Canadian eh)

Think about it less than a cup of coffee or tea a day (if you like the 𝑓𝑎𝑛𝑐𝑦𝑠ℎ𝑚𝑎𝑛𝑐𝑦 kind), less than price a monthly membership to the gym, less than a cocktails with a friend, and less than the food tip/delivery charges for the past month #nojudgement

What do you have to lose?  Time on yourself?

Or better yet – what you have to gain is a self-care routine that is focused on you 🧡

After 21 days – What happens in the End?

In the end the emails stop 🧡 and I wish you all the best!  And of course I thank you hugely for joining the challenge.

If you found the challenge fun and fulfilling feel free to sign up for new one….keep the good times rolling.

Let’s do this – Let’s Journal!

Let’s get dorky with our pen, paper and our mind.

Let’s find out what we really want with our future?

Let’s just be.
